What’s new?
Quality First Select Access Plan Changes
This plan has a CT-based provider network that now includes Hartford Healthcare providers and facilities. This is the lowest premium plan with zero copays for Tier 1 providers. You and your enrolled dependents must reside in Connecticut (subject to audit). Premiums for members enrolling for the July 1, 2025 plan year will be slightly higher than those currently enrolled in this plan.
Dental Care DHMO Plan Change
Dental Care DHMO is closed to new enrollments as the Total Care DHMO plan uses the same network and offers better benefits, including lower out-of-pocket costs. Current Dental Care DHMO members may remain enrolled or switch plans. The Enhanced and Basic Plans have slight coverage adjustments.
Dependent Eligibility Reviews
A dependent verification will begin in June 2025. If you have ineligible dependents enrolled in your health benefits, remove them during Open Enrollment to avoid penalties. In June, you’ll receive instructions on how to submit documentation to confirm your covered dependents.
2025-2026 Premium Changes
Please note the premiums have increased for the 2025-2026 plan year. If you make no changes, your 2024-2025 enrollment will continue at 2025-2026 premiums.
