No plan changes for 2026–2027
All current Anthem medical and Cigna dental plan options remain the same. Review your coverage to ensure it still meets your needs. If you take no action, you will be automatically re-enrolled in your current plans with 2026-2027 rates.
New Anthem ID cards
All non-Medicare members will receive new medical ID cards from Anthem in July, even if you do not make changes.
Benefits Portal access reminder
If you are a non-Medicare Retiree who has not logged in since January 2026, you will need to re-register. This is a quick one-time step. Need help? Call (833) 740-3258.

- Use the Health Care Planner for a step-by-step guide to making informed decisions.
- Watch an on-demand presentation for a quick, comprehensive overview.
- Make sure your doctors and dentists are in-network before choosing a plan.
- Search medical and dental provider directories to confirm coverage or find a provider.
- For changes made during open enrollment, use the CO-744OE form.
- For Qualifying Life Event, use the CO-744 form.
Your privacy matters: You can print your results; however, your information is not saved and is not transferred to enrollment. You can repeat a quiz as often as you like. There is no obligation to choose the recommended plans.
