Mental and Behavioral Health

Finding a provider to support your mental and emotional health is as essential as finding help when you are physically injured or ill. Your health plan coverage includes many behavioral health specialists, programs, and support systems, including services for substance use and addiction recovery.

To find a mental health program or specialist nearby, you can choose from the list of common mental health conditions in the drop-down menu.  Under each condition is the option to find a Provider near you or a Program offering telehealth or in-person visits for behavioral health or substance use disorders.

Anxiety, Depression, and other therapy

Live Health Online
Live Health Online is a virtual option for ages 10 to adults to connect with a licensed therapist or board-certified psychologist through a virtual care video visit. Therapy or Psychiatry visits are covered for children ages 10 -17 if accompanied online by a legal guardian. Appointments can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks and are available during the day, evenings, and weekends. This service is not for regular counseling or long-term therapy.

Headway
Headway offers an extensive mental health provider network, with thousands of providers across races, genders, ethnicities, and specialties for care from age 6 to adult. Go to the website below, then filter by what you’re looking for—whether that’s a specific location
or therapeutic style. From there, you can choose between virtual or in-person. Headway will confirm your appointment within 48 hours.

InStride Health
InStride Health is a specialty provider for anxiety and OCD care for kids, teens, young adults (ages 7-22). Grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, InStride’s evidence-based approach focuses on helping young people face their fears and anxieties in the places and situations that matter most. The dedicated care team of therapists, exposure coaches, and psychiatrists teaches youth and their families the skills to see lasting results.

    Eating Disorders

    Equip
    Equip makes eating disorder recovery accessible from the age of 6 to adults by delivering an evidence-based, individualized, and comprehensive virtual care program. Providers are trained to treat all eating disorder diagnoses, as well as co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, and OCD.

    Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

    InStride Health
    InStride Health is a specialty provider for anxiety and OCD care for kids, teens, young adults (ages 7-22).     NOCD
    NOCD offers live telemedicine visits for people ages 5 to adult with OCD, plus support in between sessions on an app dedicated to OCD community, live support groups, track your progress in managing your symptoms and more. NOCD therapists receive intensive training and evaluation in exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, the most effective OCD treatment.

    Substance Use and Addiction Medicine

    Aspire 365
    Aspire 365 is a 12-month substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment through in-person and telehealth visits, offering same-day admissions for ages 12+. The program is designed to make incremental improvements in their social, physical, and mental well-being. All care, team structure, and modalities are built around you, the severity of your condition, and your specific needs over time, these improvements lead to self-sufficiency and a lifestyle that promotes long-term stability and health.
    Aware Recovery Care
    Aware Recovery Care can provide long-term substance use disorder treatment to adults 18+, including withdrawal management and medication-assisted treatment, to you or a dependent in the privacy and security of your own home. Treatment options may include in-home recovery programs. Review this brochure for more information or visit the website below.
