  • If you are unable to join the live session, you can make-up the session by watching it on demand, according to your schedule.
  • Individualized coaching support is also available.
  • Online group challenges.
  • Tools to help live a healthy lifestyle

How do I Access the Program?

This is an online program that you access though your computer, laptop, or by downloading our App onto your smartphone or tablet. Participants should have access to Wi-Fi, be comfortable using WebEx and navigating online websites.

Who is Eligible?

The Program is available to those individuals who are Prediabetic. There are several ways to determine this. There are blood tests that are part of a preventive exam, such as a fasting glucose or A1c, or you can take the CDC Prediabetes risk test. While this test alone is not always a deciding factor, it is a good indication or your eligibility.

Who is Not Eligible?

If you have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, are pregnant, or have a BMI (body mass index) below 25.
