No plan changes for 2026–2027
All current medical and dental plan options remain the same. Review your coverage to ensure it still meets your needs. If you take no action, you will be automatically re-enrolled in your current plans with 2026-2027 rates.
New Anthem ID cards
All members will receive new medical ID cards from Anthem in July, even if you do not make changes.
Benefits Portal access reminder
If you have not logged in since January 2026, you will need to re-register. This is a quick one-time step. Need help? Call (833) 740-3258.
How to Enroll / Make Benefit Changes
- Review Payroll Deduction and Plan Comparison Charts to see costs and coverage side by side.
- Take the Medical and Dental Plan Match Quizzes to find the best fit for your needs.
- Use the Health Care Planner for a step-by-step guide to making informed decisions.
- Watch a benefits presentation for a quick, comprehensive overview.
- Make sure your doctors and dentists are in-network before choosing a plan.
- Search medical and dental provider directories to confirm coverage or find a new provider.
- Log in to CORE-CT (Self-Service > Benefits Details > Benefits Enrollment) to submit your choices. Watch for your confirmation email once your enrollment is processed.
- Note: Online benefit enrollment is available 7 days a week, 4 am-8 pm; except on pay confirmation date, usually twice monthly. Additional dates are subject to CORE needs.
