Vision Hardware insurance
Vision Hardware Insurance through MetLife Vision featuring the Davis Vision® network can help reduce the cost of eyewear for you and your family. Coverage includes benefits for glasses, lenses, frames, and contact lenses through a nationwide network of participating eye care professionals. This benefit is separate from the vision insurance included in the medical plan.
Eligibility
Available to employees working 17.5 or more hours per week, retirees, and spouses.
How to Enroll
- Visit www.pbs-select.com
- Click Login, then Register as a New User. Company Identifier: SOCT
- Start enrollments by clicking Let’s Begin, and completing personal and dependent information.
- Choose who you are enrolling in benefits (yourself, spouse, child), make your benefit elections, and submit.
